Construction of the Club continues to progress on schedule toward our targeted Summer 2027 opening.

Following the completion of interior demolition in November 2025, work quickly advanced into framing the Club’s new layout—bringing the vision into tangible form. Through careful planning with our general contractor, we were able to stage and stockpile materials on-site ahead of winter road closures. This foresight allowed construction to continue uninterrupted throughout the ski season.

As a result, we achieved several meaningful milestones over the winter months, including substantial progress on the Club’s core infrastructure—plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems—throughout the building. These foundational elements now position us to begin drywall installation this spring, with momentum carrying into the summer months.

Selective demolition of interior partitions, walls, flooring, and ceiling finishes is complete. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services have been cut and capped or removed in anticipation of new equipment to serve the remodeled space.

Installation of underground utilities on the lower level is in process and structural steel for the new stairwell connecting the main floor and lower level is complete. A significant amount of construction material has been stockpiled on site and framing for the new walls is underway.
